Frank is a senior field architect at Insight with extensive experience in DoD, enterprise architecture, ITOM, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. A former CTO and technical VP, Frank understands our clients’ daily challenges and how to transform operations from a traditional structure into a center for innovation and excellence. He holds engineering, telecommunications, and business degrees from Penn State University, as well as many industry certifications over 30+ years of experience.
