Serrin is a member of Latham & Watkins’ cybersecurity & data privacy practice, white collar defense & government investigations practice and complex commercial litigation practice. Previously, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York where he handled a wide range of cybercrime investigations and prosecutions.
